For Kids Living in Pakistan

You are ready to generate a personalised childhood immunisation record for your kid as recommended by WHO. It is an easy process. Please read below to start.

  • You need previous vaccine card of child to enter dates of 'Given' vaccines.
  • You will go through multiple steps based on age criteria of the kid starting from birth to 10 years of age. If child is younger than given age group, just skip by clicking 'Next'
  • Please note that Govt EPI does not provide following vaccines: Chicken Pox, Hepatitis A, Meningococcal, MMR, Influenza, Booster doses of Pneumococcal, Typhoid and DTaP
  • When you finish, you can download, print or save the self-assessed schedule to resume/update later.
  • This self-assessment will help you know if your kid is at risk due to any missed vaccines.
